These days I help companies organize and merchandize the things they sell online by applying these lessons. I use content management systems like Stibo STEP, make decisions based on data from Google Analytics and Endeca reports, and build relationships with coworkers, vendors and clients. I’ve worked for both B2B and B2C companies, led cross-functional teams, given client-facing presentations, created workflows, developed training materials, and performed many other functions.
